These are larger capital projects that the Board of Properties would like to consider. Most of these would have to be done outside of our normal operating budget and are currently unfunded. • Repave remainder of north lot

• Refinish wood flooring
• Replace overhead lights

Stained glass

• Repair rose window
• Repair side windows

Property

• Purchase adjacent lots along Joliet St/ Increase parking area.
• Possible building addition for preschool, contemporary worship, etc.

Security

• Add cameras at entrances
• Add talk station at Atrium entry

Electrical

• Replace Narthex lights
• Add light switches for church lights
• Replace gym lights with high efficiency fixtures
• Add light switches in gym
• Replace North Parking Lot Light

Fellowship Hall

• Drop ceiling and lighting
• Floor covering

Signage

• Exterior signs for handicapped
• Atrium entry signs
• Interior signs

School Items

• School copier
• Replace carpet in Kindergarten and Extended Care

Church items

• Upgrade sound system
• Add video recording equipment
• Refinish pews
• Replace carport and chapel entry doors
